Currently available Training
1. Mission & The Local Church
This training is designed to help local churches in rural context become aware of the PLANS and PURPOSES of God, and be willing to be in partnership with HIM and with other churches and mission agencies in reaching the unreached people groups in unreached areas around the world.
2. Church Development and Extension
This Workshop is designed to help local churches in rural areas review their existing work and ministries, evaluate their growth, and strategically plan their future expansion through Local Evangelism and Local Mission. It also helps the leadership team in designing a workable curriculum that will build the local church spiritually.
3. Basic Church Leadership
This workshop focuses on helping local Lay Leaders, Lay Ministry Leaders, Lay Workers, and Vanua Leaders (Turaga ni Vanua) in rural areas understand what leadership is all about, and how the Bible addresses the issue of leadership to bring about growth, and stability in the community. The workshop also looks at understanding people.
4. Discipleship
This training is designed to help Lay Pastors and Lay Leaders who are in Evangelism and Ministry Leadership in building people selected from their crowd to become disciples of the Lord Jesus.
5. Mentoring
This workshop is designed to assist those who are involved in grooming disciples for future workers and leadership ministry.
6. Pastoral Ministry in Rural Churches
This training is focused on Lay Pastors and Lay Leaders in rural settings understand what Pastoral Ministry is all about and enhancing their ministry gifts and skills to meet the needs of their church and community members.
7. Inductive Bible Study
This training is a great tool for Lay Pastors and Lay Leaders who are involved in both local and cross cultural work, in observing, interpreting, and applying the Word of God for the people they are working with and relevant to the situation they are working in.
